Supporting menopause at work shouldn't be complicated.
We help organisations get better at supporting employees experiencing menopause and perimenopause, with practical advice, workplace training and resources that build confidence, strengthen capability and help put effective support in place.

Knowing that menopause matters at work is one thing. Knowing what to do about it is another.
Many organisations want to provide better support around menopause but aren't sure where to start, what managers need to know, or how to develop an approach that works in practice.
We help organisations move beyond awareness by building understanding, strengthening leadership and manager confidence, and helping them develop a more consistent, practical approach to menopause at work.

Our comprehensive workplace training programme for organisations.
The Framework brings together four elements of training designed to build understanding and confidence around menopause across the workplace.
It includes a Leadership Briefing, 7-hour Leader & Manager Training, 7-hour Champion Development and Workplace Awareness, alongside practical workplace resources and implementation guidance.

Shorter, practical sessions for organisations, teams and groups.
Our workshops provide a flexible way to build understanding and confidence around menopause in the workplace, without undertaking the full Menopause ChangeMaker® Implementation Framework.
They include our 1-hour Leadership Briefing, 1.5-hour Manager Awareness and 1.5-hour Workplace Awareness sessions, alongside bespoke sessions tailored to your organisation, audience and objectives.

Practical support for organisations looking to develop or strengthen their menopause approach.
We work alongside employers to understand what is already in place, identify where support is needed and provide practical advice and guidance to help put effective menopause support into practice.
Our consultancy can support areas including policy development and review, strategy and action planning, workplace reviews, HR and manager support, communication and employee engagement, and leadership advisory support.
Menopause NI was founded by Siobhan Kearney, whose career spans more than 25 years in senior leadership, including almost seven years as Chief Executive of AWARE in Northern Ireland.
Today, she works with organisations to build understanding, strengthen leadership and manager confidence, and develop effective approaches to menopause in the workplace.
Our work is grounded in practical organisational experience, not just menopause awareness.
"We would highly recommend Siobhan and this training to any organisation that wants to build a more informed, inclusive, and compassionate conversations into there roles.
Siobhan was wonderful and made tailoring the content to money guidance a breeze. We have seen a strong level of engagement from our members as well as the overwhelmingly positive feedback afterwards shows how essential session was."

"Since late 2024, Sandvik Mobile Crushing and Screening has been working to raise global awareness of menopause in our workplace. After engaging with Siobhan from Menopause NI, we refreshed our internal policy and delivered practical, evidence‑based training for both managers and employees. These steps have helped normalise menopause discussions, increase awareness, and create a more supportive environment. I highly recommend this work to any organisation committed to inclusion and staff wellbeing."

"Before the training, I didn’t fully understand what the Menopause Champion role involved, or why the course required seven hours.
By the end, I had a clear understanding of the responsibilities, practical ways to be effective within my organisation, and the confidence to take on the role. The seven hours were genuinely well spent and have equipped me to make a meaningful impact."

“The session was so well received, and I’ve had lots of messages from staff saying how thankful they were for the opportunity to become more informed. People genuinely found the session beneficial.
Siobhan was engaging, warm, friendly and, most importantly, real. The session landed exactly as I had hoped and created a really positive response across the team. I honestly can’t thank her enough and would absolutely recommend her to other organisations.”
